Can I service my vehicle at my local mechanic/garage and be eligible for Hyundai Lifetime Service Plan?

Hyundai Lifetime Service Plan is provided exclusively by Hyundai authorised dealerships only. A list of all Hyundai Dealerships can be found at Find a Dealer.

What is the price for each scheduled maintenance service?

Hyundai Australia will publish the maximum price that customers will pay for scheduled maintenance services on eligible vehicles at participating Hyundai dealers. These are available by completing the online service quote. The following vehicle information will be required (model year, model, and variant). The published maximum price will be valid for an applicable effective period. New maximum prices may apply at the expiry of that effective period.

Where can a Hyundai Genuine Service be carried out?

A Hyundai Genuine Service can be carried out by any Participating Hyundai Dealership. A list of participating Hyundai Dealerships can be found at Find a Dealer.

What can I do if I am travelling and my Hyundai needs servicing or repairing?

Standard scheduled maintenance Services are of limited scope. The benefit of online quotes is available for all Hyundai’s, for their lifetime. [H4] Premium Roadside Support Plan: 12 months included Premium Roadside Support when you buy a new Hyundai internal combustion engine or hybrid vehicle from a participating authorised Hyundai Dealer. For purchases of new Hyundai battery electric vehicles, IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ models released thereafter, Hyundai offers 24 months included Premium Roadside Support. Premium Roadside Support commences from the date of the vehicle’s warranty commencement. When you have your Hyundai vehicle’s scheduled service completed at a participating Hyundai Dealer, you will receive 12 months of included Premium Roadside Support from the date of service (or 24 months for new Hyundai battery electric vehicles, IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ models released thereafter). [H5] Sat Nav Update Plan: Applies to new vehicles with both 8” and 10.25” factory-fitted satellite navigation.
